The homeowner had demolished the previous shower following a serious leak, and it sat that way for 10 years before he finally decided to have us perform a full remodel. We removed a dated soffit from above his vanity and replaced it with a flat wall and new sconce lighting, along with some attractive framed mirrors. The old popcorn ceiling was removed and we skimmed it out with new mud to provide a smooth finish. The shower was a Wedi foam board system with some custom niches for shampoo, and one for her razor at the top. The homeowner also opted for a Warmly Yours electric radiant heat floor installed underneath the tile. The thermostat allows for timer settings as well, so it can be ready for you before you ever set foot on it in the morning.
